Our exceptional team of admin and office/direction managers are based in Haslemere, Surrey. All tradespeople, builders, architects and structural and landscape experts are self-employed and hand-picked from a pool of talent by our owners. We choose only the most professional and experienced tradespeople to work with us under the Bailey Construction UK Ltd name. We scour through local tradespeople to ensure that we have the most qualified team to represent our company and our brand in and around Surrey.
Claire
Claire is a joint owner and helped to develop and evolve the business into what it is today. She is in charge of all paperwork and organisation within the company and loves guiding and helping our customers to realise their vision for their home. Claire has been with Bailey Construction UK Ltd since the very beginning, and her unique insight into home development allows her to offer our clients exceptional advice and to develop our marketing and advertising material. She is in charge of accounts and client relations and is often our customers first point of contact.
Ben
Having started his career as a bricklayer when he was 17, Ben helped to establish Bailey Construction UK Ltd 11 years ago. Initially beginning as a very hands-on project manager, Ben headed the manual side of the company in the beginning. However, in recent years he has taken a step back from working at construction sites. He is now our project manager and head design assistant. With a keen eye for detail and an extensive and comprehensive understanding of home improvements and renovations, Ben can steer a project from good to exceptional.
Our team has an outstanding reputation within our local community, and our work speaks volumes. We have developed and worked on a variety of luxury projects throughout our home county of Surrey.
